Hot Lunch Reminder

Please make your child(ren) aware of what you have ordered for them on hot lunch days. If your child does not receive their order at lunchtime, we kindly ask that they let their teacher know right away. This allows us to correct any missing items in real time and ensure everyone receives what they ordered.     

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Click on "Click Here to Register"
2. Complete the rest of the registration form.
3. Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
4. Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends St. Mary's School 
5. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
6. Proceed to place your order
7. Once your order is placed you will be asked to pay online. You will be linked to Bambora where you can pay by credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card you WILL NOT have to set up a Bambora account.
8. After placing your order, you will be directed to pay online. You will be linked to Bambora, where you can pay by credit card.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund, replace, or provide credit for pre-ordered lunches that are missed for any reason.

If your child is absent on the day of hot lunch, the order can be:

• Picked up at the front office

• Picked up by a sibling 

Please notify us by 10:00 a.m. by either:

• Emailing: stmaryshotlunches@gmail.com

• Calling the school office
• Include the student/s name and class

Let us know whether the lunch will be picked up by you or someone else.

Any unclaimed lunch will be donated to the Hot Lunch Donation Program.

Code of Conduct:

Our Hot Lunch program is made possible thanks to our dedicated volunteers who generously give their time to serve lunches.

We ask that all volunteers and coordinators be treated with respect and kindness.

Verbal abuse toward our volunteers will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation and refund of remaining hot lunch sessions.
